What this page covers.

This is the notice required under KVKK and GDPR for the one place on this site that asks you for personal data: the demo request form. It is written in the same plain language as the rest of the site, not legal boilerplate.

What the form collects.

The form collects: your name, work email, company, role, which seat you fill on the buying committee, the first job you would want to automate, an optional note about constraints on your data, and your consent to be contacted. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything — there is no account, no newsletter, no chat widget.

Why we collect it.

To reply to your request, schedule the demo, and follow up about it. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How long we keep it.

We keep it for as long as it takes to answer your request and run the demo, plus a short window afterward to handle follow-up questions — then we delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Who else sees it.

The form is processed by Netlify, the platform that hosts this site, acting as our data processor — it is how the submission reaches us at all. No other third party receives it: this site runs no analytics and sets no cookies, so there is nothing else collecting data about your visit.

Your rights.

Under KVKK and GDPR you can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how it is used, and you can complain to your local data protection authority if you think we have handled it wrong.
